We now serve delicious piping hot Vietnamese Pho (pronounced fu)-noodle soup of organic bone broth, rice noodles, lots of fresh veggies and thinly sliced beef. Our broth is homemade with island cattle bones, roasted veggies and toasted seeds – then simmered for two days.
